Receive your return label
We send you a prepaid return label by email, free of charge.
Pack & send
Place the piece in its original ANASTHASIA packaging and drop it off at the nearest parcel point.
Receive your refund
Refunded in full to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days after we receive your return.
Free returns apply to all orders, worldwide. Refunds include the full amount paid.
Prefer a different size or colour? Exchanges are complimentary as well. We reserve your new piece the moment your exchange is confirmed, so it is waiting for you.

We reserve your new piece
Your new size or colour is set aside for you and we send you a prepaid return label.
Send & receive
As soon as your return is on its way to us, we dispatch your new piece. No extra costs.
Unsure about sizing? Email us your height and measurements and we will advise before you exchange.
Return conditions
Pieces must be unworn and unwashed, in their original condition, with all tags attached and the fur cuffs included. Please try your coat on with care, away from perfume, make-up and jewellery.
Each piece is inspected on arrival. Items that show signs of wear, scent or damage cannot be accepted and will be returned to you.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and approved, your refund is issued to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. You will receive a confirmation email the moment it is processed.
Depending on your bank or card provider, it may take a few additional days before the amount appears on your statement.
Packaging
Please return your piece in its original ANASTHASIA packaging where possible; it is designed to protect the coat in transit. If the packaging is no longer available, use a sturdy box so the piece arrives in perfect condition.
Damaged or incorrect orders
In the rare case that your order arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, contact us at info@anasthasia.eu within 48 hours of delivery, including a photo. We will resolve it immediately and cover all costs.
