Delivery times are estimates from our couriers and begin once your order has been dispatched.
Handcrafted to order
ANASTHASIA is slow fashion. Each piece is handcrafted in small quantities rather than mass-produced, which is reflected in our delivery times. Estimated delivery is 4 to 7 calendar days within the Netherlands and up to 12 calendar days elsewhere, depending on destination.
Orders are dispatched Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays, from our warehouse in the Netherlands.
Tracking your order
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number and a link to follow your parcel. Tracking updates may take a few hours to appear after dispatch.
If you have not received a dispatch email within 5 business days, please check your spam folder or contact us at info@anasthasia.eu.
No hidden costs
Within the European Union, all prices include VAT and there are no customs duties. The price you see is simply the price you pay.
For orders outside the EU, such as the United Kingdom, Switzerland and the United States, any import duties and taxes are taken care of by us. You will never be asked to pay anything extra at checkout or upon delivery.
Returns
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. Pieces must be unworn, in their original condition and with all tags attached. To arrange a return, contact us at info@anasthasia.eu or see our Returns Policy.
